Start of anew semester. We have gone over expectations and standards for the class. Please be aware of what is going on and specifics for each day. During this week I will be posting everything I have out last week. This will be a quick refrenc for all of that material. Monday we will do our first workout. Upper body on Monday and Wednesday. Tuesday and Thursday will be lower body. Friday we will review and do our first set of physical test. Always dress out and be ready to lift. Remember you choose this class and there are no excuses!
