Monday we will begin a different type of lifting process we want to starts muscle focusing. Each day we will pick a few muscles to focus on and work on them aggressively. Monday we work in lightly and do the arms, Shoulder and chest. Ill add a few back exercises so you can get acclimated to the workout. I hope you enjoy this part so it can keep you excited about lifting weights. Stay tuned I will have more about this week later.
I also want to let you know that grades are slipping because of dress outs. It will become an issues at the end if you don't deal with it now. Please I want all A's and this part is keeping that dream murky. See you guys Monday.
