Very Busy week around the school. You guys have a lot od decisions to make as to the upcoming semester. If there is any way you would like to advance yourself in weight training you need to put in the effort and time so we can recommend you. We will not advance anybody who does not want to be in or put in the work.
That said this week you will be finishing out your Scheduling for next school year. We will begin on Wednesday so start thinking about what you would like to do next year. We as teachers don't want to just put you in a class so be smart when it comes to your electives.
Also this wee we will be doing our physical test. Some classes will be doing a weight multi rep max, and others will be doing a 1 rep max. In this order is how we will do it. Monday- Bench Tuesday- Squats wed and thurs- Power Clean dead lift.
Then on Friday we will do an obstacle course set up by coach and I. We will focus on the aerobic standard more that day. Hope you guys are rested and ready to go
