We've almost made it to the mid way point. We missed quite a few days so we need to catch up and get things right. Our focus will be finifhing our current max test. Taking those number and making a personalize workout with those numbers. We also want to see what change has taken place. Almost everybody has made a huge increase in their weights.
This weeks focus will be back on muscles and their lifts. Everyday this week will review our muscle charts and review lifts. We will also go back to where we were before the snow came. You guys were doing great with what muscles to what lift but we need to get back to that. We will study all week and make sure were ready for the test Friday
Come dressed out. Make sure you use your progress report for motivation and be ready to lift. We will push back our weekly workout one day due to the fact the we need to make up the squats lift. See youi guys in class.
