So far so good! I have seen a great deal of enthusiasm in the class so far. Still need to light a fire in a few. Remember you get what you put into your workout. Coaches cant stand over your shoulder the whole time.
We will continue with a progressive load workout. I will have the workout given to you on a card. Work at your own pace. The most important part is the first compound lift.
The workout will follow the same pattern to help build the muscles. Next week we will look at techniques and procedure.
Friday we will try and do a aerobic activity that involves things the deal with muscle development. I have also almost finished grading the first assessment. So far as a group you guys have done a good job. Listening and paying attention shows with these scores. This assessment was about what you have leaned in the weight room so far. And as a group you have done one of the best jobs.
Don't forget to dress out. Its starting to add up and you cant get those points back. And be ready for bench press Monday. Later this week I will post percentages of the grade form the test.
