As for this week we want to continue our acclimation period. Same lifts with the same rep/sets. You may add some weight but make sure you finish all your sets. You will be left behind if they are not completed.
Monday- Bench Press, Lat Pull downs/pull-ups, Bicep Curls
Tuesday- Squats, Power Cleans, Calf Raises
Wed-. Incline Bench, Bent Rows, Dips
Thursday- Squats, Hang Cleans, Leg Curls
Friday- Aerobic Day
Any of the handouts need to be turned in this week. I also gave some of you guys weight training intro packets. To get full credit please turn those into me by Thursday.
Also this week only. If Every student from every class dresses out on a particular day I will post my ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. I will not announce this in class so you can only get this info from the blog. GOOD luck!
