This is the sheet that you can either print or use as a guideline while tracking you physical activity at home. Each week need to be separate and will be posted every Monday we are out. You are asked to complete 20 minutes of physical activity a day. No matter how you can get it. Walking in place, dancing, going for a walk are all examples you can do. You don not have to leave your living area. It is only for Monday thru Thursday.
