This week we went to get started on your individual workout plan. On Tuesday we and Wednesday and Thursday we will max out on certain lifts. After that I will develop your first workout plan done for each individual. So be ready and it is for a grade. We will follow with a modified workout aftwards. Tuesday will be bench, Wednesday squats, Thursday power cleans andfridqy make ups. We will go in the regular order even tough it is Tuesday. Upper, lower, upper, lower.
