Monday- Upper body- BENCH press Monday 3x10
Tuesday- Lower body- Squats with hand cleans 3x10
Wednesday- Upper body- Incline Bench focus on shoulders 3x10
Thursday- Lower body- Power Cleans- 3x 6
Friday - Fitness gram- Height Weight- Auxiliary workout
Keep an eye on synergy. Do not get lazy with your dress out and participation. Once your grades start to slip their hard to bring up. After 12 of each there is no recovery. If you refuse to do work you will be insubordinate and subject to consequences and office referral. All will update more this week since my post and other stuff since they did not post.
